Dylan Gatt, founder of the Louisville Monarchs, has been a driving force behind the growth of box lacrosse in Louisville for the past eight years. Originally from Welland, Ontario, Canada - Gatt came to Louisville to play NCAA Division I lacrosse at Bellarmine University. Drawing from his Canadian roots and deep playing experience, Gatt has built the Monarchs program to offer authentic, high-level box lacrosse opportunities for players in the U.S., blending grit, skill, and culture into every aspect of the program's development.
